Lesson: 8 Bermudas Triangle

First, teacher Cristian made two groups. We played a game "broken telephone"  we passed the message to another person and the last student had to write on the board the phrase.

Second, teacher Nelson presented the vocabulary on the board , he explained one by one giving us some examples and the meaning of those words.

Third, teacher Andrea gave us the reader text she gave us thirty second to read after we had to answer some questions accoring with the reading task.

Also, teacher yansi made pairs she gave us a picture or word according with that we had to find the picture . We made a role play she gave instructions how to do it ,and some pairs did the role play in front of the class.

To sum up,  teacher Cristian performed the wrap up he gave us a piece of colored paper in which contain a word of the vocabulary. The student who has the word in her/his paper has to explain the meaning of the word .

Lesson: 7 Resolving Cases

The warm up was presented by teacher Callejas . She made a circle with us and we had to pass the bottle with our arms ,so the person who drop the bottle he/she had to answer one questiona bout the last class.

The next was Teacher Carlos ,he performed the vocabulary showing us some pictures . He gave us examples and pronunciation of the words.

Third, teacher Guillermo gave us in a pieces of paper a conversation about the audio that we heard . We had to put in order according of the events. He asked if we wanted to heard the story once again for check our  answers.

    

Teacher Rodriguez made pairs ,and she gave us a worksheet in which we had to circle if there were false or true. She gave us instructions how to do it ; also, she played the audio and she checked the answers together.

In conclusion, teacher Callejas made the last stage. We played a game called "sea ans ground" we had to jump in the sea if the teacher callejas says that ,but if not jump we have to answer one question related to the topic.

   

                                                                                       

Lesson:6 Direct Speech

This was our second opportunity to teach . The first was in charge by teacher Mariana  divided the class in two teams she gave them some pieces of papers according with the color  Ss made the groups.Learners had to guess the word an do the mimic. They enjoyed this activity because enhance the friendly atmosphere.

                                      

                                      

The presentation stage was in charge by me . At the beginning of this part  , i presented the topic and said the objective about that day. I explained the meaning of direct speech in the board and gave some examples how to use it.

                                       

Teacher Roxana performed the next stage. She made pairs and gave some papers to practice the direct speech . They had to complete some senteces and their pair had to ask about it. After this , Ss shared their sentences with another pair. This promotes oral interaction.

                                       

The production stage teacher Juan Josè presented .He made pairs againg and gave them role plays he explained the activity ; also, teacher Juan explained the vocabulary that they had to use. Some students passed  in front of the class and did the role play.

                                       

The last part was performed by teacher Mariana .  She made a review of the topic using some questions about direct speech in an activity to pass the ball. The person who had the ball he or she had to answes that.

                                        

Lesson 5: Sherlock Holmes

Teacher Adriana was the first , she divided the Ss in pairs and fo each pair had to answer some question abour How many windows are here? We had to counted and say the number if we say correctly we win and we can sit down. That was useful for us because we can use this activity to encourage students' previous knwoledge.

                        

 

The next stage was in chage by teacher Xiomara .she presented the vocabulary and teacher explained one by one of the words ; also, she gave us some examples and gave us the pronunciation.It helps to visualize better what are their achievements in their learning process.

The practice stage was presented by teacher Marìa Josè .She gave us some exercises according with the topic  and she encouraged to check together the answers. The use of these worksheets allow pupils reflect their personal goals or personal development in the task.

Teacher Paolo performed the production stage. He  had to make a conversation about one was a detective and the other was the witness . We used the vocabulary that learned before the role play teachers performed the convesation this helped us to undertand the activity that we did.

 Finally , teacher Adriana presented the wrap up . She explained the activity "the hot hat" we had to pass the hat ,and the person who had the hat he or she had to answer o mention the name og the picture. It was a reviwe of the lesson ,so it was meaninful for us.
